Cakes – We love to make cakes that taste wonderful. Our recipes are drawn from Sara’s extensive library of cookbooks and the team’s collective genius. Cakes are often made during one of Sara’s midnight baking sessions or after a visit to our kitchen garden and orchard to source in season fruit, super fresh herbs and edible flowers. We also love to make vegan and GF cakes that taste delicious – everyone should be able to eat CAKE!
Cake is best served at room temperature. Should there be leftovers, they can be refrigerated for up to three days but should be brought back to room temperature before serving.
