Do you deliver?
Yep – Tuesday to Saturday. We deliver to a 10k radius of central Ballarat for a $15 delivery fee. Deliveries between 9am and 3pm *Please use the notes section to let us know if you need your cake by a certain time.
Can i collect?
Yep! Collect at our new shop, 134 Victoria Street, Ballarat East. Tuesday (only open for cake collections) or Wednesday to Saturday between 8.30am and 4.30pm
Can you cater for dietary issues?
Yep – use the notes section to alert us to any issues and we will endeavour to cater to them.
*All our cakes are made in one kitchen so there is a chance of cross contamination of dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, nuts and crustaceans.
Can i request a colour combo for decorations?
Yep – our seasonal flowers are grown in our chemical free garden – please use the notes section and we will try to accommodate your request where possible.
Giving the gift of cake?
You’re a lovely human! This option will become available when you check the ‘Is this a gift?’ checkbox after you enter your own details. We are happy to include a note if you like – pop it in the notes section.
Agh - No one's home
We’ll leave the cake in a safe spot and text you that it’s there. In the unhappy situation where there is not a safe space to leave it – we will keep it on board and attempt to re-deliver where possible the same day whilst getting in touch asap.
My order won't finalise
Make sure you have ticked the terms and conditions box before you hit ‘place order’ after entering your card details or your order will not progress!
